Slightly straw overtones. It's thin and sweet... ...... and then the horseradish (wasabi?!???) and nuts swell up. and nuts swell up.
It is more of a dry sake. It may be a good choice for those who drink it.
Well, I'd like to drink it while watching the waterfall.
