The solid sake I wanted to buy.
This is the first solid this year.
The sweetness and umami are as expected,
A little bitterness lingers at the end, though,
It is a light and easy to drink sake.
A little tingly on the tongue.
Not so much fizzy,
It has a slightly fizzy taste.
The aroma is subdued and there is not much thickening.
You can drink a lot of it smoothly.
I wonder what it will look like tomorrow.
