nachan_001I was attracted by the punchy bitter gourd label and bought it! According to the proprietress of the sake shop, a young toji (brewer) who originally worked in the design industry revived her family's long-dormant sake brewery. He was also trained at Toyo Bijin, and some people say they taste similar! When you try it, you'll find that despite the strong label, it's not habit-forming, and it's sizzlingly delicious. !!!! It has a fruity aroma, a delicious flavor, and a refreshing sweetness. It was a "gap moe" (dead language? It's a great sake! The name 58 (Goya) comes from the 58% rice polishing ratio. Ah, it was delicious. It's one I'll be repeating. Now I want to try the other sake from Abunotsuru Shuzo!
