At a sake festival.
It is a craft sake made by haccoba -Craft Sake Brewery- in Soma City, Fukushima Prefecture. It is a craft sake made by haccoba -Craft Sake Brewery- in Soma City, Fukushima Prefecture.
This sake is said to be made by incorporating craft beer production methods.
It has a gorgeous hop flavor like muscat, and a sweet and sour taste peculiar to lactic acid fermentation. And the aftertaste is rice sweetness! Delicious!
The low alcohol content and slight sparkle make it perfect for parties, but it also has a good uniqueness that is different from "Mio".
It is like sake, like champagne, like craft beer...it was a sake that stepped out of the boundaries of sake.
I heard that the only place in Tokyo that carries it is the Fermentation Department Store in Shimokitazawa.
I might check it out if I get a chance.
