Isshaku-Suisei Special Junmai Ryoshin 1800ml Akita Sake The previous sake we drank was the same Ichihakusuisei, Yamadaho Junmai Ginjo. The rice and polish used to make the sake are different. The price is about the same for 720ml of Junmai Ginjo and 1800ml of Special Junmai, even though the quantities are different. However, if you ask me if the special junmai is not tasty, I would say it is the best tasting. The Junmai-Ginjo has a rough and rugged taste, but the Tokuso-Junmai has a calmer and more relaxed taste. The fruitiness, rice flavor, and bitterness after drinking make it easier to drink than Junmai-Ginjo. If Junmai-Ginjo is like an active gal, Tokusen-Ginjo is like Michyopa who has graduated from being a gal and got married. For this price, I would drink it every day, but there are only a few places in Ibaraki that sell ICHIHAKUSUISEI, so it is hard to find it 😥.
