Colleagues from Phnom Penh brought this sake to a firm meeting. Interesting—yellow color (not sure from the yellow koji or the jasmine rice, or both). Made by Fungi Art Brewery in Phnom Penh, with the rice from a well regarded agricultural area. Noticeable alcohol but only 14%.
Assume this is my first & last tasting of this.
