When poured into a glass, it has an aroma of old-fashioned alcohol. When you put it in your mouth, the aroma of sake barrel spreads to your mouth. The spiciness is firm and the acidity is moderate. It is slightly mellow. In my opinion, the taste is a little stronger than sashimi, but I think it goes well with food.
