We released a little bit of sake that had been in storage since New Year's.
We released a little bit of sake that we had stored for New Year's. It's called "Sanzui" from Niigata.
It's sweet, but less fruity and more sake-like.
It is more like sake than aperitif. It was a perfect match for my hometown in Aichi Prefecture.
