Happy Hop Doburoku from Pukupuku Brewing
This time it is a collaboration with Happy Brewery in Shiga.
It is brewed with low-polished Omachi with hops.
The aroma is of steamed rice with a hint of sourness.
First of all, I really like the taste of just the top clearings, with the attack of sweet and sour lactic yogurt and the bitter sourness of lemon peel🍋😋😋😋😋😋.
I like the lemon yogurtiness when made into a sloppy doburoku, but it was very smooth and delicious 😋😋.
