The brewery is located in Hohoku-cho, Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
The Kakushima Ohashi Bridge, which gives this sake its name, spans Kakushima Island in the northern part of Yamaguchi Prefecture and offers a spectacular view.
The taste is rich and mild.
Unfortunately, the autumn rise in November 2022 leaves it a bit bland.

Personally, I think it would be better to make a lighter finish for the image of this bridge over the emerald green sea, which is not unlike Japan, but considering that it is only sold in this region, it has a quaint flavor that overlaps with the image of the beautiful sea.
This is definitely a place to visit when visiting Yamaguchi Prefecture.
