This is a sake from Saiki City, the largest city in Oita Prefecture. The brewery here is said to be famous for its amazake, but they also make shochu and sake. The label looked nice, so I tried it.
According to various people's online comments, I got the impression that it was a dry classic, but when I actually drank it, it tasted fresh and modern with a taste of apples.
