Kikuji Junmai Nigori Sake Shiboritate
Today's nigori is also nigori. It is active nigori purchased at the brewery. The four-pack bottle had a stopper with a hole in it, so I bought a three-pack bottle that did not have a hole.
We drink it cold.
The bottle was opened after 5 minutes of repeated opening and closing.
The bottle is vigorously active, so it is automatically stirred.
The color is pure white and solid white.
The top aroma is grain-like and slightly green apple-like.
On the palate, the bubbling sensation that pops vigorously stimulates the tongue.
It has a silky, bubbly feeling with a hint of koji aroma, a delicious taste of rice, and a bit of sourness, and the aftertaste changes to spiciness.
It has a clear and refreshing taste without much sweetness, and the high alcohol content gives it a bit of a punch.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 19 to 20 degrees Celsius
