Is this a winter limited model of Laughing Shiki, a popular sake brewery in Shiga? I bought it because of the beautiful Japanese illustration, but it is an unexpected noble sake. The color is clear and not as ripe as Shaoxing, but it is still sweet. It is suitable for dessert sake after dinner.
