Ten years after the earthquake, we drank Nami no Oto (Sound of the waves) from Sasaki Shuzo Brewery in Yuriage, Natori City, which has recovered from the devastating damage.
It is light, easy to drink, and delicious.
It goes well with Sasanao's fish cake, also produced in Yuriage.
