けむとうさんPurchased at the Hitachi City Industrial Festival in November 2011. Junmai Ginjo-shu, 50% polished.
I was actually going to buy the sake from the Hitachi City newsletter, but after comparing the two, I found the "Kiku no Aroma" easy to drink and tasty.
It was pricey at 2,000 yen for a four-pack, but it was delicious with a fruity flavor and no cloying taste. I opened it just in time for the New Year!
