おたけ
One year aged special junmai recommended by the brewer. Mizukagami, which is also used for staple food, is cut down to 60%. Perhaps because it has been put to bed, it has a slightly colored taste. The aroma has a hint of caramel-like sweetness and bitterness, probably due to the aging process. The taste is rich, the mouthfeel is round and smooth, and the fluffy flavor envelops the tongue.
