Sake with a rich, bitter taste. It is full of lactic acid bacteria. I like the way the taste lingers in the mouth. The aroma is moderate. The bubbles are strong. It is easy to get drunk. It tastes better 2 or 3 days after opening the bottle. It loses its youthfulness, and the richness and umami taste increases, and the bitterness is moderate and mellowed. The taste has settled down. Ahhh, it is delicious.
