It's warm enough today to want hot sake, but I still wanted to drink something refreshing. (The opening of the bottle was mild.)
My favorite sparkling sparkling and orikarami from the second fermentation in the bottle❗
Perfectly piquant and shwashy, with a slight bitterness, acidity and fruity aroma bursting in the mouth. 😆 😆
It is good not only as an aperitif, but also as an in-between-dinner drink.
It will be opened in no time. ‼️🎵
The lapel is also uneven and has an interesting texture.
