Happy New Year!
I drank nothing but wine and beer during the New Year's holiday.
The reason why I did that is because I went back to my wife's parents' house in Yamagata for the first time in two years.
I didn't want to have to transport it long distances at room temperature, and liquor stores aren't open much during the year-end and New Year holidays.
I drank a lot of sparkling wine which I bought at Yamazawa after I was in trouble.
We visited a liquor store that I've always wanted to visit.

The owner is called Mr. No.6 Yeast Man, and he loves No.6 yeast too much.
It seems that he and Yusuke Sato of Shinsei hold the No.6 Yeast Summit.
This sake is a blend of four different kinds of sake.
The Nanuka that came out before this sake was a blend of three different types, so maybe it's evolving.
It looks like Tsuchida was added to it.

It has an aroma of a traditional sake.
The taste comes in the order of sweetness, slightly strong acidity, and umami.
On the other hand, you can feel the dryness.
It is a blend, so there are many ways to taste it.
I'm satisfied because I was able to collect my longtime homework store.
I bought another bottle, so I'll get to that later.
