The acidity and aroma are less than I expected (maybe because I drank the aroma bomb Pukupuku Nelson afterwards).
I think it's because it's made with hops, but it's a sake with a craft beer feel to it!
It's a bit like Yona Yona Ale, or some other beer with that kind of vibe. ...... I can smell it!
