しんじょうKoka City in Shiga Prefecture is a pack of Mochizuki Sake Brewery (´ω・`). They also have a brand called Kotobuki Kabuto and Kouga no Sato. I found out about this brewery at a Shiga Prefecture sake brewing event, but it is extremely difficult to buy because it is not very famous. For some reason, I was told that there was a store in Sakai City, Osaka that dealt with it, but I couldn't find it. The day before yesterday, when I was touring shrines by bicycle as a place where no one seems to be, I finally found the Nakabayashi Sake Store! There is no signboard, and the owner seems to be slowly quitting his business. Even so, he had enough of Mochizuki Shuzo's products and praised them as being filled with good sake! The flavor is a strong chemical acidity and alcohol feeling that is typical of paper pack regular sake. For a sake of this type, it has a deep body, but the alcohol content is low at 12 degrees. It's great for people like me who have a poor ability to break down alcohol. It can be heated up. It's also good if you like a bit of chemise. The price of 1.8 liters is 1300 yen, which is also great! In a world where you can't go anywhere, a light bike ride around the block, good conversation and shopping at a good liquor store will blow everything away! After all, sake is a wonderful thing! Well, I'm more interested in uninteresting places than spectacular scenery, so I'm happy to take such a trivial holiday.
