It was delicious before, so this is a repeat!
The sake rice used is Gohyakumangoku, which seems to be produced in Toyama Prefecture.
The taste is very robust, which is really surprising.
You can taste the acidity.
It also has umami.
I think this is a brand that you can't buy very often outside of your hometown.
I am planning to secure a bottle when I find it!
