I happened to find a sake bar in Tokyo Station, so I stopped by on my way home from a business trip and had a quick drink.
It was my first time to try this American-born sake. It is offered through a business partnership with Hakkai Brewery. It is clean, fruity, and refreshing. It's not at all inferior to Japanese sake. Try it!
