■Taga / "Taga" Inukami-gun, Shiga Prefecture
Founded in 1711 (the first year of Shoutoku).
Groundwater with high mineral content from the Serikawa River in the Suzuka mountain range, hard water with a hardness of 136, which is unique in Shiga Prefecture.
Mr. Yoshiaki Higashi, a young toji (master brewer), was available at the booth. He reported that [Kanda] was very tasty at a previous sakespu. But it seems that the "AZUMA series" is gone and a development version as [AZM] was launched in August.
AZM opus 13
It has a clear, light taste with a bit of sweetness.
It is a development version of the former "Kanda (Jinden)".
AZM opus 14
It has a fruity aroma and a sweet taste on the palate with a refreshing aftertaste.
It is a development of the former "Momobara".
AZM opus 15
Sour and refreshing, but with an impressive bitterness.
This is a development of the previous "Houzuki".
Hiyoroshi
It has no sense of maturity, and it too was refreshing.
All of them are clear, refreshing, and suitable for a mealtime drink.
