Business trip to Yonago, Tottori, started the day before yesterday.
This time, I rented a car from Yonago Station because I had to move around the city a lot.
Therefore, I stayed at Kaike Onsen Hot Spring, which is a little far from the station.
There are many large hotels in Kaike Onsen, and it seems to be crowded, but there are few places to eat because everyone eats at the inn.
So we had a drink at the hotel.
We had summer sake with rakkyo (rakkyo) from Tottori.
This sake is, hmmm...? Is it too strong?
But when drunk with rakkyo, it left a refreshing sweetness in the mouth, like a diluted chilled red bean paste, and it was easy to drink.
Local sake and local ingredients are the best.
