The first sip I took right after opening the bottle without any prior information was a shock. A nice sparkling wine that can even be described as crackling. After the pleasant stimulation comes the sweetness of fruity fruit. As the color of the bottle suggests, the clarity is also exceptionally high.
Some dry drinkers may think it's not dry enough, but I think this is my favorite of the Akabuki line.
