This sake is made by a small sake brewery in Kashiwazaki City, Chuetsu, Niigata Prefecture. It is made using the "glutinous rice four-stage brewing" method, which is rare in Japan.
The taste is impressive with the sweetness from the glutinous rice, and the sake is overall soft, mellow, and very gentle without any peculiarities.
I highly recommend this bottle to those who are not used to drinking sake or those who like sweet sake.
