Akabu's Yamada Nishiki!
A collaboration of Yamada Nishiki, a famous excellent sake rice, and Akabu, there is no reason not to enjoy it.
Even though the rice is polished to 50%, it retains a rich sake aroma with a refreshing aftertaste. It retains all of Akabe-san's strengths and is well-balanced.
