Lately, I've been having a doburoku festival by myself (laughs). There are surprisingly few pure rice doburoku, so I was finally able to buy one. By the way, the rice polishing ratio is 65%. It is not fizzed, so it is a doburoku that has been heated. Color: pure white and thick. Aroma: A mysterious smell that I have never smelled before. I have no vocabulary to describe it. Taste →I also have a strange taste ‼️this is also hard to describe 😅. Texture→The rice in it is white rice, but it is so fibrous that I thought it was brown rice. I thought it was brown rice. This is steamed rice with a hard outer layer and a soft inner layer, so maybe that's the effect? Anyway, it's chewy, which I personally like! If you think about it from a nutritional standpoint, the fact that it is not strained in the sake process means that it also contains sake lees and rice grains, so it contains all the nutrients of the sake ingredients, which is definitely good for you in terms of dietary fiber and minerals. If you're going to go to the trouble of drinking sake, you might as well drink something that is good for your nutrition 💁♂️.
