たまぞう
This sake is brewed with the family origins of Shorakuji Temple, which is said to be the birthplace of Japanese sake. It has a sense of the beginning of sake. （We also like Shimane.)
It has a light taste but strong acidity, and we had it with Nara pickles from the brewery.
