The taste is almost no sweetness, and it's kind of... It was an unexpected sake with a bitterness like beer foam.
Although there is an alcoholic sensation, it is not so strong that it hits the throat like nigori, so it is easy to drink.
Personally, I was expecting it to be sweet, so I was a little disappointed with the taste. It is a rare taste in terms of bitter nigori sake. There was a part that was white and hardened, so I wondered if this was the sweetness... I have a wish. I hope the taste will change as the day goes on.
