This sake was jointly developed by Akashi Sake Brewery of Akashi sea bream and CUNARD of luxury liner.
It is mainly handled by CUNARD, and is served on the Queen Elizabeth.
It is sometimes sold (on a limited basis) at the Akashi Brewery.
Anyway, sake that fully expresses the flavor of rice.
The sweetness is reminiscent of Yubari melon and lingers in the mouth.
Sake-like flavor...
This is one that appeals to people overseas
Sake is delicious!
Overall impression (as a sake) - A
In terms of taste, it is sweet and tasty, but very close to a dessert wine. The evaluation as a sake is different.
However, I also like wine, so if I were to rate it as a sake, I would say that it is a very good one.

I would recommend this to Europeans, and I can see why they drink it.
It's still available in quantity now, so you should definitely try it.
You will see an interesting world.
As a side note, Akashi Brewery also has a whisky brewery overseas (sister company), and their gin and whisky are also of high quality.

I haven't posted it yet, but Akashi snapper is also delicious.
I've been to various sake breweries in Hyogo,
Akashi Sake Brewery Co.
You should definitely take a sake seal with you.
