This sake was released as a prototype in very small quantities by Kimura Shuzo, the brewer of "Fukkomachi Kakumon".
It has a bright acidity and a moderate sweetness!
This sake is easy to drink and perfect for summer, and I would recommend it even to those who do not like sake!
I drank it when I was not feeling well, so the second half of the bottle was not so good 😅.
