ねむち
Nara, Ikoma City. Kikushi Brewing Co.
Ikoma-no-shu Kuragari-koshi Junmai Nama-nihan-shu Shiboritate
I went to the brewery and bought a bottle of freshly squeezed raw sake, which was only available now, although my preference was Kikuji's junmai ginjo.
I tasted most of it and thought it was too spicy, but later I checked the Internet and found it was a dry brewery.
I had it cold.
The color is clear and almost colorless.
The top aroma is a magic ink aroma with a strong alcohol taste.
The slightly hard mouthfeel is followed by a fresh citrus aroma, and the taste is slightly sour to bitter. The taste is slightly acidic to bitter and astringent, with a strong sake-like sensation that comes after swallowing.
The aftertaste is spicy and has a sake-like sensation that hits the throat.
It has a classical standard sake-like taste, and I think it has a very solid quality.
