This time, it is Gold Phoenix, which is the most expensive brand of Hououmita. 5500 yen, and in the same price range, it is equal to Hououmita Betsuraue Tsushiko and White Phoenix (approximate calculation based on the price of a 4-gallon bottle). It is made by polishing Aizan to 45% and taking drops. The bottle used is a spumante bottle made by Monterossa in Italy, which is quite gorgeous. The water color is transparent. There is almost no turbidity. The aroma is very sweet. Amazing. It smells like a mangosteen or a muscat. It also has a bit of a green mango feel to it. When you put it in your mouth, the fruity sweetness of the rice quickly seeps into your tongue, and although it is tangy for a moment, it is quickly absorbed into your throat. What the heck is this, what a delicious sake! The cool feeling after it goes down your throat. The ultimate in juiciness, as if you've been given the finest water. The aftertaste is fresh like a pear. It feels easy to match with meals. The single item is also luxurious. I heard a rumor that it goes well with red bean paste sweets, so I tried it with Hakata dorimon (my favorite confectionary in Japan), which I just had on hand. They are not in conflict with each other, they are in harmony. It caused an inflation of flavor and filled my mouth with happiness. A dangerous combination.
