We were served an American-made Otter, made from Yamadanishiki, a variety of Japanese broom imported from Japan and grown in the U.S., and water from the Hudson River.
Ah, the otter I know! The aroma of the wine was also tropical fruit-like. It was fruity and sweet with just the right amount of sweetness 😋.
