I love visiting sake breweries.
On a road trip, I check them out without fail!
I bought this one from the expensive lineup, which was within my reach.
It's so rich!
It was more than just because it was a draft sake, it was a big shock to the senses.
It is dry, sharp, and has a long aftertaste.
Slight aroma of cemedine.
It is not unpleasant.
It's unique!
