It's good to taste the rich aroma of old sake hot, but it's also good to enjoy it cold to enjoy the aroma it contains. At first I thought it might be like Shaoxing wine, but it's not that harsh and has a mild taste. It went so well with the salmon and mackerel that it was empty in no time.
