The fourth picture is today's lunch at Shinami's soba. I was worried that I would be the only customer 😅 even though it was right in the middle of lunch on a Saturday, but they served me half of both No.2 and No.3 buckwheat noodles, which are not listed on the menu 😍The No.2 buckwheat noodles were white Sarafina-like and had a delicious flavor, while the No.3 buckwheat noodles had a delicious flavor 😇.
