After all, heated sake is the best in winter. Rice polished to 70 percent and brewed with brewer's alcohol. In other words, regular sake. It is alcoholic right after you drink it. The sweetness and aroma immediately spread to the palate, but disappear without a trace. Surprisingly straightforward when lukewarm or cooled. Ah, it's delicious. It's also a good thing that this sake is only distributed locally. I'm glad I'm Japanese.
