I haven't had something this free of clutter recently, so it's pretty fresh!
Clear, clean is the best way to describe it.
Simply put, it's like water😌.
I had an image of it being more robust and heavy, but it was surprisingly light 😃.
I think it's perfect with strong flavored, rich Nagoya meshi: 🙆♀️
I'm drinking this one in a 5 shaku glass, which is rare 😎.
It was delicious 😋😋😋😋.
