I bought this a long time ago, right after the Great East Japan Earthquake, and I just opened it now... I wonder if the soft flavor in the mouth is what it was when I first started drinking it. A mild and fruity aroma spreads through the air. ...No, well, that's how sake is supposed to be...It's fine, it's been kept in the fridge, it's not supposed to be aged...it's delicious...I'm really sorry, Mr. Brewer, but we've been keeping it for a long time...
It's not a bad idea. I'm not a big fan of that, but it's a great drink.
