Today's fish was dried barracuda, pork belly radish and eringi mushrooms stir-fried with butter 🍄.
The aroma smells a bit of alcohol...something I haven't had lately. The first attack is full of sweetness and a strong sense of rice...gradually the dryness comes in and it cuts through. It can be used as a food sake!
