This is the first Junmai Ginjo-shu from Kikuhime Shuzo...!
It's easy to drink and has no peculiar aftertaste, but there's a dark umami flavor hidden in the cleanness that you can faintly see the Kikuhime brewery's image...!
As I continue to drink it, the flavor gradually becomes stronger and stronger, which is strange!
It has a banana-like sweetness, but it's not too sweet at all, so I would recommend it even to those who don't like strong sake!
