I can't find any brand name search or internet search 😥 For some reason, "Otaki Sake Brewery" in Saitama City was a hit. Maybe it's OEM 🤔.
Hot Heated ♨️ It's rather massive. But since it's hot sake, it's easy to drink. My wife says it is refreshing. Best at about 50 degrees Celsius. It's good because the miscellaneous taste disappears. The beef hearts are excellent 😋 The top mino skewer and the tomato pork belly skewer are also good.
