The name "Fuzan Tobu" made me think of a sharp, dry wine. I imagined it to be sharp and dry, but when I drank it, it tasted like a white wine with acidity and umami. It tasted like a white wine with acidity and umami. It goes well with Japanese food, but it also goes well with Western food. This was also a new encounter.
