Yuzu Sparkling Sake.
It was made with 100% Yuzu and it was so yuzu. I looked at their website later and it was really sour. Personally, I've never experienced a sour drink before. I was so careless and took my first sip, I was in agony from the sourness. I should have tried it because it looked like it would go really well with fried food. I finished the drink.
