SHIBATA
This is the first time I had this dish, Muri 🍶.
It went well with the sweet shrimp nigiri and ikura gunkan (salmon roe) ️.
I left a note saying that it was a good sake, but I don't have a record of how it tasted 😅.
I think it was probably a good sake with a sharp taste of rice ❓🤣.
