The aroma and taste are extremely fruity! It's refreshing, so it goes down easy. After drinking it, you will be left with a slightly sweet feeling. Is this also because it is fruity? Personally, I think it is better as a sake for when you want to drink mainly sake with snacks rather than as a food sake.
