Nanyo is a sake from Matsumaru. This is one of the gifts we received as a hometown tax return.
As it is a sake from the western part of Japan, and the name of the brand is "Nobushi", I imagined it to have a rich taste full of wildness, but when I drank it, I found it to have a light and refreshing taste with a strong impression of acidity.
Is it because of the clear water of the Shimanto River?
